Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. International shipping is not available.

USPS Priority (PO Boxes) 2–5 business days
USPS Priority (APO/FPO military) 4–12 business days
Please note: Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (CST). Office is closed Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. Orders will be processed the following business day.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error on the shipping address that you provided. All actions will be taken to correct the issue, but cannot be guaranteed. A $10.00 fee may apply for redirecting packages.
In Stock/Out of Stock
To our knowledge, all items on our site are in stock and available to ship within 1–2 business days. In rare cases, an item may appear in stock, when it is actually out of stock. If this happens, you will be contacted within two business days regarding the backorder and we will make every effort to accommodate. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you receive your order and you are either missing an item or received an incorrect item, please call us within two business days to report the error. We will have your correct shipment sent out immediately.
We hope you are satisfied with every NDS product that you purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, and/or other charges.
The item must be returned, unused or used, in good condition and with the original invoice to ensure full credit.
- Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
- Enclose the original invoice with the item. If you cannot send your original invoice, please include your order number, billing name, phone number, and address with the item. If you are exchanging, please also include the name of the item you wish to receive in exchange.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. No COD deliveries will be accepted.

- Please retain a copy of your return tracking number to ensure that it is received at our location.
- A refund in the same form of payment that was originally used will be issued within seven business days upon receiving the returned product. A refund for original shipping costs will only be issued if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
- If you are exchanging, the exchanged item will be shipped within seven business days upon receiving the returned product. If the item you want in exchange is out of stock, you will be contacted.

Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered and FitLife Brands reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, FitLife Brands will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with FitLife Brands Return Policy.
